A visionary strategist and change leader with extraordinary foresight, people awareness and drive. I am an expert in offshoring; establishing and managing global green fields businesses, operational management, editorial production, organisational design, technology and systems, developing high performance teams and strategic visioning. As Managing Director, Shared Services, I created a company that delivered substantial financial benefits to Wolters Kluwer Publishing and Software businesses in Asia Pacific and North America (located in 8 countries). I improved service delivery to thousands of customers across the region from two centres; one based in Sydney and one based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. I’m a passionate leader, with a proven track record of inspiring a high energy, customer centric culture, underpinned by a consistent focus on execution. I understand the importance of aligning strategy, people and execution to drive operational excellence and continuously improve business performance. I have been fortunate to have been given the opportunity to wear many hats in my career; problem solver, change agent, people coach, story teller, manager, strategist. As a result, I have developed the ability to manage cross functional disciplines and navigate complex challenges across different cultures to achieve operational excellence.
