Digital transformation is not only about adopting new technologies, but about understanding how organizations, people, and ideas evolve together. I am passionate about understanding how sport organizations adapt, innovate, and create lasting impact while balancing tradition, technology, and stakeholder expectations. Building on this, my dissertation research focuses on Understanding Digital Transformation in the Olympic Movement. I am always open to connecting with fellow researchers, sports industry professionals, and innovators to learn about their experiences and share insights!
