Coordinate all aspects of Hatch events, including scheduling, logistics, and onsite operations, ensuring events ran smoothly and efficiently. Lead the onboarding and management of volunteers, providing clear instructions and ensuring readiness for event day responsibilities. Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of a Mentor Database, ensuring the availability and accuracy of mentor information for program participants. Procure necessary supplies, such as promotional swag, office materials, food service, and cleaning materials, ensuring all event requirements were met on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, volunteers, and participants, addressing any inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provides support for other miscellaneous event tasks to ensure the overall success of Hatch programming.
