Co-Founder of three businesses, one common thread: helping organisations make better decisions with data. Golf iQ — Analytics and data platforms for elite sport. We work with national governing bodies, professional teams, and high-performance programs to turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insight. Aha! Analytics — Where it started. A boutique analytics consultancy for businesses that need data-driven decisions but don't have a data team. Amperic Intelligence — Enterprise AI for the electrical industry. We build custom AI knowledge systems so engineers can find answers in their own documentation in seconds, not hours. Before founding these businesses, I spent over a decade in research — managing government census projects spanning 300,000+ participants, coordinating an international NASA–ESA research collaboration, and building business intelligence capability for major Australian financial institutions. I’ve facilitated 150+ focus groups and workshops, and started my career lecturing in science and biostatistics at Deakin University. I have a PhD in Medical Research and Postgraduate qualifications in Business Analytics and Data Visualisation.
