Working as a brand representative in a sales focused roll both at the Cellar door of the distillery and at markets/events to offer tastings and unique experiences for customers. The roll is focused around representing the values and quality of the brand, to introduce new customers to our products and assist long term fans of the products.
Have worked casually as a general supervisor and the functions manager as well as as a front of house bar tender/host. Managed and liaised on large scale bookings through email and phone correspondence. Balanced requests of patrons and organised busy schedules for staffing requirements and venue resources. Large focus on managing competing bookings requests to deliver quality events. Large focusing and cleanliness and presentation of the venue.
