【Campus Program】 1. Coordinate and execute campus recruitment activities such as career expos, sharing sessions, workshops and symposium with professors and students. 2. Build and manage employer branding channels on target campuses, such as MENTORSHIP PROGRAM and Green Engineering project. 3. Serve as the key contact person for campus collaborations and negotiations with NTU, NCTU, NCKU, NTUST...etc. 4. Develop recruiting and research relationships with universities, executing engagement strategies around CTCI’s brand, demonstrating CTCI’s employee value proposition to interns with creative events and offerings, and working with the business to ensure high intern conversion rates 【Project Experience】 1. Kick off RDSS Program in CTCI: Initiated and established the company’s RDSS program as the founding project owner. Designed the overall framework, coordinated with government authorities, and led cross-functional implementation to build the program from the ground up. 2. Internship Programs (2024, 2025): Designed and executed the internship program, covering hiring, training and cultural integration to enhance interns’ skills and career readiness. 3. Elite Scholarship Program: Coordinated and managed the Elite Scholarship Program 【Division HRBP】 1. Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development aligned with business needs. 2. Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies to build a high-performing and inclusive culture. 3. Collaborate with COEs (Employee Relations, C&B, L&D) to implement HR initiatives at division level, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy while addressing unique business challenges. 【Recruiting and Selection】 Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
