I am an extremely skilled credit risk professional with over 20 years experience in the banking and financial services industry. Culture of an organisation is important to me and the companies I have worked for have a track record of valuing their employees. I have maintained consistent employment during this time and prefer working for organisations who offer flexibility and place a priority on offering an autonomous working environment. I am a skilled people manager and my teams have given me feedback that I am consistent, kind, performance oriented and approachable which are all important skills for any leader - but especially in the sometimes stressful and demanding environment of credit and risk.
I am leading an expanding team of credit and risk professionals through a period of company expansion. My role requires me to work closely with the MD and sales team to ensure safe growth and compliance while meeting revenue goals.
Employed to start up a equipment finance platform as part of the greater Grays Online group Grays Capital (a division of Grays Online) was purchased by Eclipx Limited in August 2017.
