In my role at Inner Matrix Systems I have the opportunity to leverage my diverse and dynamic career, which includes experience in strategy, marketing, communications, movement education, performance, production, business management, entrepreneurship and leadership across a variety of sectors—from financial services to real estate, the entertainment industry to the wellness industry. As a leader in a growing organization I play equally well in breadth and depth, holding several key roles in strategy, marketing and programming. I lead and oversee brand and marketing strategy, and lead content strategy across all assets. I develop and produce all content, as well as manage marketing technologies. I develop and produce sales & marketing strategies, campaigns and assets for our certified Trainers in support of their business development efforts. I lead Programming strategy, planning and optimization of our foundational and advanced curriculum, as well as new program ideation and development. I lead our Train-the-Trainer Program—people and program leadership, from entry through certification to post-certification training and development. As Director of Executive Consulting I lead strategy, development and implementation of our consulting framework, and serve as an Executive Trainer & Consultant.
One of the most creative seasons of my career—I had the opportunity to build the WundaBar brand and franchise from scratch with the Pilates visionary, Amy Jordan. In my role as Chief Operating Officer I consulted on vision, culture and strategy; created infrastructure and systems; developed online training programs for our Pilates Educators as well as our management and administrative teams. I led the management and administrative teams, managed franchisees, developed pricing models, marketing campaigns, wrote copy, programmed the heck out of Mindbody software, and taught a mean WundaBar Pilates class on our patented machine, the WundaFormer.
I built and managed a family-owned investment real estate portfolio in the Los Angeles area. In this role I led strategy for buying, selling, leveraging, refinancing. I created and served as managing member for all legal entities. I managed finance, legal, tenant relations, leases, marketing, vendors, and construction.
This was a labor of love. For 22 years, I partnered with my late father, actor Robert Forster, to serve as his personal advisor, business & creative strategist, representative, producing partner and occasionally, his co-star. It was my honor to build infrastructure to support his dreams, while simultaneously having the opportunity to express, stretch and grow creatively.
