As a Sales Operations Manager, I have extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and process improvements. Partnering with senior sales leadership to ensure we hit and exceed our sales targets. Drive detailed territory and capacity planning exercises, build annual quota and commission plans, manage the sales experience with key sales tools, and design and own forecasting models and pipeline management data across all sales teams. I also manage the sales experience with all key sales tools, including HubSpot, PandaDoc, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Zoom Info, Definitive Health, etc. I design and own forecasting models & pipeline management data, create and update reports and dashboards that assist the reporting and targeting and investment efforts of our go-to-market team. I have also led sales team enablement and procedural documentation, onboarding new sales team & SDR/BDR members, new business development and Hubspot Admin/Database Management. Prior to my current role, I spent five years at Garland Technology, LLC. where I was responsible for order processing, NetSuite & Hubspot Database Management, post-sales warranty renewals, and building and improving on current processes to drive sales productivity. I developed a team of five individuals & created a company-wide Procedure Manual. My previous experience has provided me with a diverse set of skills, including netSuite, HubSpot, and database management, reporting, forecasting, and team management.
