Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of Retail Sales Management, and Business to Business Sales.
Within this role I am responsible for the training and development of new and existing team members, for both Sale and Operations. A huge part of my role is developing and implementing operational processes, to improve the day to day efficiency of all teams and stores. With in this I get to work with all areas of the business, including Directors, IT, HR, operations etc.
