• Leads the development, implementation, and alignment of customer segmented sales/marketing strategies, tactics and marketing programs • Train Field Sales on the Segmentation Plan to ensure that customer segmentation is developed, implemented and monitored • Manages the deployment and effectiveness of sales tactics to maximize ROI of resource allocations • Engages marketing and program fulfillment departments to proactively develop marketing programs that align with the Business Unit’s needs and customer focused segmentation strategy • Works closely with the Director of the Commercial Sales Unit and Regional Managers to implement annual business planning process and tracking
