I manage travel operations for multi-brand adventure companies across Australian and American markets—coordinating trips, bookings, and guest communications at scale. But what I really do is build systems that make operations run without friction. Over the past three years, I've designed and implemented automation workflows that have transformed how my team handles everything from payment processing to trip status monitoring. Manage end-to-end trip operations across four travel brands (Patch Adventures, Camino Women, Fencox Travel, Magnificent Rail), coordinating bookings, guest communications, payment processing, and cross-functional team workflows for Australian and American markets.
