As GEs Global Subsea Services Quality Management System Leader I am responsible for quality performance and improvement across Subsea Services and coordination across regions, sites and functions to ensure customer satisfaction, development of organisational processes, minimisation of defects, cost of quality and customer complaints. Driving QMS processes and procedures cross functionally between the regional teams whilst considering the best interest of the Subsea Services business.
Providing competent Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental consultancy, auditing and training services to a number of Clients both UK and overseas in a variety of industries. - Provide consultancy services to clients’ quality, safety and environmental management systems. - Act as a quality representative for clients - Development, implement and maintain quality, safety and environmental management systems for clients - Provide independent audits for client (both internal and external) - Technical writing – Policies, procedures, work procedures and instructions - Provide support on all Management System related matters - Evaluate the effectiveness of Management Systems - Report and articulate changes for improvement
