I have worked in the field of mental health since 2008, and each year I have a new appreciation and love for what I do! I'm the type of person that likes to have a diverse working experience, and since graduating with my first masters in 2009, I have developed a multi-faceted career as a clinician, supervisor, educator, director, and consultant. Along with my passion for assisting individuals with reaching their health and relationship goals, I also have a love for teaching and training health practitioners and students of the health and human service professions. Throughout my clinical development, I have simultaneously taught a number of psychology, social work and addictions courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as facilitated a variety of therapist trainings for Continuing Education. With each passing year, I challenge myself to actively pursue my development as both a teacher AND a lifelong student, and I strive to empower the people I work with to do the same. I received my 2nd Masters degree in 2019 in Human Sexuality Education, and am an AASECT-certified Sex Educator (CSE). My current counseling/coaching practice is focused exclusively on relationship and intimacy counseling/coaching. I work with couples and triads who are seeking to build deeper connections, have better and more frequent sex, explore identities, address sexual problems and issues, and enhance intimacy of various kinds. I specialize with lawyers, doctors, CEOs, financial managers, and other folks in high-powered positions.
