My History: By being able to obtain my CNA license in high school, I was able to jumpstart my interest to work in the health care field at a young age. I then went on to work as a CNA for almost six years, with Danbury Hospital employing me for almost five. From June 2014-February 2016, I worked as a Registered Nurse on a Med/Surge Stroke Specialty Floor where I developed vital experience to help me move forward in my nursing career. I furthered my education spectrum by learning the duties of a home care visiting nurse case manager from February 2016 to March 2017. From March 2017 to October 2018, I represented Western Connecticut Homecare as their Nurse Liaison at Norwalk Hospital. Then from October 2018 to October 2019, I became a Clinical Nursing Manager and Educator for Western Connecticut Home care, of which proved to be the most fulfilling job thus far. While working full-time, I decided to go back to school and have since earned my MSN APRN AGNP-BC in January 2022. I aspire to further myself on the ladder of success and aim to build on the experiences that I've had. I am a dedicated and compassionate APRN with hospital, primary care, and home care training. I am highly organized with well-regarded personal skills and teamwork strengths. I am fully committed to following directions, policies, and regulations. I have a passion for learning within a dynamic healthcare environment. I strive for a positive and fulfilling future.
