At MongoDB, I lead the company's overall Data Science function, partnering with teams spanning the full business, ranging from Product to Engineering to GTM and more. We work in tandem with Analytics and Data Engineering colleagues to deliver predictive solutions both to internal users and directly to our external customers through the MongoDB platform.
Led ML/AI across Product, Engineering, & GTM within the 1000+ person AuthØ product unit at Okta, with a proven track record of growing and managing teams of staff/senior/junior-level Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers. Model use-cases range from real-time security threat detection to providing forecasting tools for Go-to-Market stakeholders across the enterprise. Beyond models, I also strategize with the broader Engineering organization to architect and build the ML infrastructure needed to deliver Data Science work at scale to our many production environments.

As the inaugural data science engineer at DigitalOcean, a public cloud infrastructure hosting company, I built numerous machine learning applications and highly parallelized pipelines to support business intelligence and analytical tools in the cloud hosting space. As the team lead, I built a data platform on top of which the analytics group provided scalable product and infrastructure insights for action by business leaders enterprise-wide.
