- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and market conditions; - Lead, coach, and mentor members of the forwarding team, including sales managers (2 people) and operations managers (13 people), to achieve their individual and collective targets; - Set and monitor revenue targets, track progress, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure the company meets or exceeds its sales goals; - Company’s income budgeting; - Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
