1) Planning and Preparation Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives. Prepare teaching materials, activities, and resources. Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs. 2) Instruction and Delivery Teach assigned subjects effectively. Use different teaching methods to engage students. Integrate technology and hands-on activities to support learning. 3) Classroom Management Maintain discipline and create a safe, respectful learning environment. Establish and enforce rules and routines. Encourage positive student behavior and participation. 4) Assessment and Evaluation Design and administer tests, assignments, and projects. Grade and provide feedback on student performance. Track and report student progress to parents and school administration. 5) Support and Guidance Provide academic and emotional support to students. Identify students with learning challenges and recommend interventions. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and self-confidence. 6) Communication Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Collaborate with colleagues and administration. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events. 7) Professional Development Stay updated with teaching methods, curriculum changes, and educational technology. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions. 8) Administrative Duties Maintain accurate student records (attendance, grades, reports). Prepare reports and documentation required by the school. Assist with extracurricular activities and school functions.
