As a Coach, I am passionate about working with executives and professionals in demanding positions undergoing transitions: moving into a new role, corporate changes, starting a new business, or personal and family changes. A background in engineering and management in various countries and industries including: aerospace, finance, water, and non-profit has given me a breadth of experience to draw from, and an intimate understanding of challenges during times of transition.
MAA has projects in Uganda and Bangladesh, supporting underprivileged children access education. The Bangladesh projects pioneered an After-School Support program providing nutrition and cognitive education reinforcement, in addition to the children’s daily school needs.
Praekelt Foundation builds open source, scalable mobile technologies and solutions to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in the majority world.
Managed the Strategic Water Partnership Network (SWPN) program. Set up strategies (timelines, budgets) for future growth.
MDA develops space robotics combining complex robotics with control software and is known for developing the space shuttle remote manipulator system, or Canadarm and the Mobile Servicing System for the International Space Station.
