Mechanical Engineer Job Responsibilities: Daily log keeping of equipment. Transportation,Loading and unloading of equipment. Daily,weekly and monthly monitoring summary of equipment. Breakdown maintenance with root cause analysis. Preventive maintenance,Repairing, Breakdown repair, construction equipments. ERP knowledge, Preventive Maintenance, Deployment of equipments on site,daily monitoring, Inspection. Arrangement and follow up for machineries associated excavation and concreting activities. Supported the project management team in planning, co-ordination, and execution of an underground MAHSR(C-2) Project. Assisted in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs for Mechanical equipment to minimize downtime & reduce costs. Equipment Maintenance such as, Boomers, TSR30,Dumpers,Excavators, Millers,Air compressor, DG etc, Conducted site meeting to monitor construction activities and compliance with safety norms. 1.Participating & auditing of internal safety walk. 2.Checking & inspection of lifting tools and tackles 3.Co-ordination of all machinery tools, tackles Third Party Inspection/Certification. 4. Co-ordination of all machinery RTO Relative Documents. Review submittals from contractors and ensure compliance with specifications. Raising purchase requisitions and Tracking.
