Hi, I’m Karthik—an engineering undergrad who enjoys turning blank screens into neat, working code and puzzle-like problems into clear solutions. I’m in my second year of B.Tech Computer Science at GITAM University, where evenings often find me juggling Java , Python , and the ever-faithful C. Courses on Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP keep me busy, while Git and VS Code help me keep things tidy. Projects :- Family Tree Representation Using Tree Data Structure (C): Collaborated on a college group project demonstrating family tree representation using Tree Data Structures. Contributed significantly to the coding phase, including node implementation and traversal algorithms such as Preorder, Postorder, and Level Order Traversals. Gained practical experience in applying tree-based data structures to hierarchical data representation. Vastra AI – Fashion Recommender System (Java): Participated in a team project to develop a Java-based fashion recommendation system. Assisted with final code integration and implementation of Object-Oriented Programming concepts. Contributed to wardrobe management and outfit recommendation functionality. Hangman Game (Python): Worked as part of a team to develop a console-based Hangman game in Python. Assisted in final code integration, testing, debugging, and project presentation. Applied programming concepts including loops, functions, conditionals, and string manipulation. Strengths I bring: calm debugging, clear documentation, and the habit of asking “why” until the answer makes sense. My CGPA is 6.8/10, but I measure growth more by the projects that stop crashing at 2 a.m. 🔎 I’m now looking for an internship where I can add value, learn from experienced engineers, and ship code that matters.
