Serving as Lead Engineer and Project Coordinator within the PMO (Project Management Office) for large-scale telecom infrastructure projects. Oversee end-to-end execution from planning to delivery, including: • Leading and mentoring teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables. • Coordinating with clients, field engineers, and internal teams to streamline workflows. • Managing site walk packages, QC reviews, design approvals, and escalations. • Ensuring projects meet technical standards, timelines, and client expectations. • Driving process improvements and sharing technical expertise across regions. Leveraging a blend of leadership, coordination, and PMO best practices to deliver efficient, accurate, and client-focused solutions in a fast-paced telecom environment.
I handle administrative tasks for the manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This includes managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments etc.
