Job Responsibilities: Customer Due Diligence (CDD): • Perform KYC review on existing clients on a remediation process through due diligence procedures including the review of KYC documentation, public record research and AML procedures • Obtaining the required documents from the client (with the help of sales team) and review the documents • Ensuring all the required documents are in place as per the present requirement (Central Banks, Foreign Banks, Listed Entity, Regulated Entity, Non regulated and non-listed Entity) • Determining the controlling persons and the beneficial owners of the adopting client and to drill down the search till the identification of the natural person. • Performing sanctions and pep screenings on the clients and related parties to analyze the risk associated with the client. • Perform FATCA classification for all new onboard clients as per IRS guidelines. • Validating the Tax forms and classify FATCA code for the onboarding clients. Transaction processing unit: • Perform KYC review on existing clients and maintain the accounts of the NR On boarded customers. • Based on their request we will analyze and then activate the customer account from dormant, reopen the account, close the account, Issuing ATM card, cheque book, etc and also updating their secured details. As per RBI regulation will update the FATCA details. The process will be done based on AML checks and voice confirmations of customer. • Blocking and unblocking the account by regulatory as well as legally. Flagging and de flagging the account as staff. Analyzing the CBOL (online transaction) activity. • Creating and closing the PAM. Capturing and deleting the customer signature. Adding and deleting the holder, mandate and nominee. Setting limits to customer.
