• Manage end-to-end RMC plant operations, overseeing production planning, batching, and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery and optimal plant utilization. • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, including raw material procurement scheduling, fleet management, and route optimization for timely site deliveries across Hyderabad. • Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and enhance plant efficiency. • Ensure 100% compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards through regular audits and SOP adherence. • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, Quality Control, and Transport teams to align production with customer requirements and resolve operational issues. • Oversee materials management, including inventory control of cement, aggregates, and admixtures to minimize wastage and stock-outs. •Key Skills: Plant Operations · Logistics & Supply Chain · Process Optimization · Materials Management · Data Analysis · Regulatory Compliance · Cross-functional Leadership
