Operations in domestic, GAM, Rating and Billing, Break Bulk, International Billings, Intercompany activity, Import, Testing and supporting to client for the US shipments. Getting pre-alert from Station and do verify with all the doc’s like, Invoice, Packing list, HAWB, MAWB for import. Tracking Air & Ocean shipments from Origin to Destination till the shipment get delivered to the Customer. Coordination with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Transporter and Warehouse for smooth delivery and dispatch. Maintaining shipment tracking and visibility report. Handling Business Emails for Customer needs and clarification. Getting MIS report at weekly basis. Took initiative to ensure 100% SLA (Service Level Agreement) is met
