The human brain is a creative place, and there are more than a million things that fascinate me, but the mostly its about marketing and products. First: the way an onlooker's retina expands with the product interaction. And second: the pursuits of retaining that interest and making it feel like their own! Marketing in my head is a very creative process that demands a free flow of ideas, reception to surroundings, and action taken to help flourish. I apply the same thinking in marketing that I also use in leadership because when you're connecting with your consumers or your team, you're connecting with the same ethos of collective freedom and outlets. I believe in Servant Leadership and have seen it work in my current organization in solving issues and enabling democratic environments. As a Marketing Manager at my current workplace, I built the digital marketing platform from scratch and managed to get 80-90% traffic online. I devised and integrated unique strategies to cope up with payment defaulters in covid times. I am currently launching the social media outlets for the organization, which is projected to give the brand a new outlook and much exposure! Previously, I worked at two different organizations in New York. One was a Learning Strategist role where I took minutes of meeting with college students diagnosed with ADHD and students on the Autism spectrum. This job was very fulfilling to me as I love helping people, and it provided the perfect opportunity to do that while studying as a Master's student. Secondly, I worked at Columbia University, New York, where I handled the admissions applications and helping students with their dreams while also detecting integrity lapses and doing necessary checks. Outside of work, I am passionate about food, photography, automobiles and aviation; having lived in the greatest cities in the world (New York, New Delhi), I have been lucky enough to experience great food and capture precious moments. I am also drawn to spirituality and learning about self. I like to read self-help books and thoroughly believe in self-care!
