I am Product Manager and Network Operations Manager @ Teletrax / Kinetiq Teletrax is the world’s most comprehensive, accurate and technologically advanced real-time TV analytics and TV synced ads solution. Television remains the most powerful medium for reaching consumers with entertainment, advertising, news, and sports content. - Maintain contacts/information flow with third-party suppliers on the embedder hardware - Maintain contacts/information flow with third-party embedder SDK integrations - Assist or drive integration of embedders in workflows at clients - Assist sales/client services with questions about embedders in workflows - Liaison with Product Management about priorities and attention of development - Assure tests are done for new hardware received from third-party suppliers - The goto-person within network operations related to embedder questions from Sales, CE, Engineering etc. - Maintain and expand our broadcast monitoring network in which we monitor 2300 TV channels worldwide - Maintain our IT infrastructure including private cloud, firewalls and F5 - Do 24/7 support on whole infrastructure
