Structured Finance • Source, arrange and underwrite loans for power, renewables and infrastructure clients (project finance, investment grade and leveraged) • Involved in all aspects of a transaction, including deal sourcing, origination, client pitching, negotiation, due diligence, financial modeling, credit and risk approvals, distribution, and legal documentation • Maintain strong relationships with developers, sponsors, issuers, advisors, banks, asset managers and institutional investors • Collaborate with global team on industry trends and market developments; facilitate risk approval process and support ongoing portfolio management and transaction review • Deep understanding of the renewables market and sustainable energy sectors, including tax equity partnerships, project finance and structured debt or equity finance • Coordinate debt distributions aimed at banks and institutional investors with the ability to arrange and distribute highly structured transactions • Appointed head of US Loan Syndications in 2019 to build and lead diverse team as coach and mentor
