As a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, I am responsible for performing comprehensive testing of changes to existing systems, ensuring functionality and quality standards are met. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to assist with defect management and provide detailed business analysis for both assigned clients and cross-government projects.
Working on a large diverse team, I conduct caseload reviews of Ministry clients and assist clients who fall under the Persons with Disability Status in applying for CPP Disability. Duties include, dealing with confidential information, analyzing financial documentation, performing detailed written summaries and communicates to clients and staff, and liaises with related financial areas both within government and private sectors.
