• Global consulting projects for inventory, production and logistics planning. • Generation of global process and reporting standards.
• Purchasing responsibility and strategic coordination for logistic services EMEA. • Centralization of and responsibility for all site logistic service units in Siegburg.
• Design of future strategy and business plans for chemical site service providers. • Raw material cost reduction program for printing ink producer. • Redesign of sales organisation and processes for producer of graphite and related products. • Effeciency improvement project for security system automotive supplier. • Due-diligence for producer of special chemicals.
• Significant optimization of production capacities and conversion cost improvements on basis of reaction kinetic analysis and process upscaling.
