I work in the real estate sector and have been advising property owners and investors for many years on matters relating to real estate, participations and structural setups. My focus is not just on the individual asset, but on its economic and legal context as a whole. In many cases, the task is to align individual situations with sustainable solutions – taking into account financing, taxation and long-term development. I approach my work from a business and structural perspective, while always keeping the people behind the decisions in mind. Alongside my work in Germany, I also look at international structures – where they are economically sound and practically feasible. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei nicht nur das einzelne Objekt, sondern die wirtschaftliche und rechtliche Einordnung im Gesamtkontext. Oft geht es darum, individuelle Situationen mit tragfähigen Lösungen zu verbinden – unter Berücksichtigung von Finanzierung, Besteuerung und langfristiger Entwicklung. Ich arbeite betriebswirtschaftlich und strukturiert, aber immer mit Blick auf die Menschen hinter den Entscheidungen.
