• Collecting and elaborating ideas out of core business • Creating of decision-making documents (Business Case) • Designing the idea collecting and management process incl. work shop with all involved departments
• Leading the development team (8 employees) for Suspension (structural mechanics, hydraulics, high-precision components) • Strategic Product Manager Suspension (concurrently until 2017) • Implementation of the strategy (developed as the Product Manager) into a product roadmap & development project portfolio • Managing responsibilities from product definition to in-house production in Taiwan • Ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation of the product portfolio into innovative products • Project management of strategically important projects (e.g. digital controlled damping systems for adaptive chassis)
• Responsibility for Profit and Loss (P&L) • Evaluation and implementation of strategy (based on SWOT, incl. Marketing) • Acquisition of customers and projects in Medical industry • Managing a company of 10 employees • Design and Simulation in Solid Works
Additional responsibilities (to New Business Development) • New Business Development trigalight: IP scouting, preparation, and implementation of IP rights acquisition to expand the market with own products and a new brand (www.swisatec.ch) • Financial innovation: sustainable increase of dividends (tax reduction) by initiating a patent box & creating necessary patents • Establishing the fundamentals in product development for systematic innovation development • Product innovation: doubling the brightness of trigalights® (including IP creation and validation of manufacturing processes) • Increasing value with new product (FPI) by expanding functionality while simultaneously cutting manufacturing costs by half (including IP protection and implementation of FPI into production) • Active IP management (IP strategy), incl. 12 patents in 3 years
New Business Development • SWOT analyses and recommended actions, • Analyses and clustering of companies and Start-ups • Preparation of M&A deals • Developing and presentation of basis for a decision for the advisory board • Searching for opportunities for organic growth
