Advised on the development of business cases, coordinated stakeholder management, and defined the program of requirements as well as the project planning and execution strategy. Managed the design and delivery team (architect, technical consultants, contractor, municipality, and permitting authorities), ensuring control over scope, budget, and schedule. Result: a highly attractive, functional, and turnkey office and façade solution, fully aligned with the needs of both owner and tenants. Project Manager — ARC & Ares Portfolio (16 logistics locations) — BREEAM “Good” Certification Managed the certification process for 16 logistics properties towards BREEAM “Good”. Oversaw the full process from initial building data collection, appointment of BREEAM assessor, and field research to development of the implementation plan.
