My interests and experience are diverse, but my approach is usually the same, no matter what I’m working on: listen carefully, think deeply, collaborate creatively, and contribute thoughtfully. I am providing research support related to the University of Groningen's participation as a key consortium partner in the Noord-Nederland verdient Circulair initiative, which aims to support the transition to a circular economy in the north of the Netherlands.
At Green Roof Media, I provide marketing & content strategy, copywriting, and editing services to help clients in B2B and professional services industries achieve their business goals with solid strategy, strong messaging, and clear communications.
My photography work focuses on experimentation with motion and blurring to create images that combine abstract and figurative elements. Fusing light, colour, texture and movement, I strive to produce photographic compositions that spark emotions and stimulate the imagination. While I have been shooting and experimenting with photography for many years, I started exhibiting my work publicly only in January 2017. As fractional CMO at Emerge Performance (EP), I helped lead a talented international team (Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Turkey, the US, and the Netherlands) and guide the marketing strategy to support the growth of EP's coaching, coach training, and consulting services. I also rolled up my sleeves, playing an active role in content planning & creation, as well as hosting online events in The Coaching Village community. Although Emerge Performance is a well-established business within the coaching and consulting sector, our marketing team operated with an entrepreneurial mindset as we planned, developed, and launched a new coach training academy within the existing business. In other words, plenty of creativity, experimentation, and pivoting.
At Hyphen, we always put strategy before action to ensure there’s a clear ‘why’ for everything we do. As Strategy Director, I helped our team develop and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies for our clients.
I supported Hyphen clients – mostly in the B2B and professional services space – with content strategy and marketing. As an expert in writing about topics in which I'm not an expert, I added value by capturing clients’ unique voices and translating complex information into strategic and creative communications.
