• Providing financial planning and analysis support to the programme and finance business partner and overseeing all reporting requirements. • Manage programme cash flow forecasting. • Prepare, consolidate and analyse financial projections versus actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate. • Maintain internal control for programme budgets and actual expenditures • Identify and track risks/opportunities on an ongoing basis. • Analysis and monitoring of investment projects of the company. • Provide support in the monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Logging, monitoring and controlling of milestones, changes in scope, time, cost and quality of the programme/or individual projects to ascertain current and accurate position is reflected. • Reviewing of programme / project forecasts/ targets and identifying areas for cost efficiency to ensure targets are attained. • Risk/ Assumptions/ Issues and Dependency (RAID) Management. • Change Control; define and deliver an effective and standard change control operation and system, driving the completion of impact assessments across schedule, resource and cost. • Chair the change control forum for the programme / project. • Driving and delivering the implementation of Performance / KPI management information; to support the production of key project metrics. • Production of weekly/monthly overall programme/project dashboards and ad-hoc presentations to all key working stakeholders. • Providing advice and guidance as point of contact on Programme and Project management processes, programme/ project financials, resource processes, governance, tools and standards to Programme and Project Managers in the UK, Spain and Singapore.
