Coming from a strong SAP technology and integration background growed into customer facing roles in support and consulting area during my time in SAP. In the last years I worked intensively with dedicated important SAP customers as a trusted advisor (Lead TQM) in big implementation projects safeguarding GoLive's. As a Lead TQM i am responsible for global customer's and leading a team of TQMs during the whole life cycle of a MaxAttention or Active Attention contract. The technical background from my previous roles to understand technical problems and communication skills towards C-levels roles which is part of my daily work provides me a strong basis for my current job. I am growing into architectural topics to connect better business goals and purposed to IT.
I am currently working in the position of a Lead Technical Quality Manager in SAP with the following main focus areas: • Managing Premium Support offers like Max Attention and Active Attention for SAP customers during for OnPremise or Cloud Implementation (e.g. S/4Hana implementation, Ariba) and Maintenance Projects (ECC and DB upgrades) during the whole life cycle, from Demand Generation, Proposal, Delivery and Renewal • Tailoring and delivering SAP expert services around the customer’s project plan with the goal of a smooth GoLive and Business Operations by: o Proactivity - avoid an escalation and impact on the GoLive or Business Operations o Escalation of occuring problems - solve problems in time to avoid impact on Business o Improving of perfromance, system stability and availability • Mission Critical Support – in case a problem starts to impact business operations acting as the contact person between the customer and SAP organization to bring business back to normal operations. That includes communication to C-Level, define action plans, take care that the right experts are getting involved at the right time, being an interface between SAP and the customer. • Leading a global team of TQMs in a global customer engagement acting as the main responsible towards the customer‘s and SAP’s organization in different aspects (e.g. planning, delivery, escalation and finance) • Training of new TQMs in SAP • Participation in improvement programms of SAP internal processes related to TQM work • Expressing demands of the customer into standard services and working with the experts to deliver the right content the customer needs All that tasks needs a strong technical background of SAP and IT products i had from my previous roles, an understanding of implementation projects and communication skills on all levels (until C-Level) i am practicing and applying in my daily work. I am working with global spanish customers from the utilities and automotive sector.
Senior SAP Technical Consultant focused on integration scenarios with SAP XI/PI. Currently working in a SOA Integration Project as responsibile person for SAP PI 7.11 to integrate a SAP ECC 6.04 in a heterogenous environment via Web Services.
