Reporting line to Site Service Unit Manager. 5 direct reports with 87 indirect reports. Responsibility for the Intralogistics operations on production site in Wuppertal. Group responsibility for safety compliance, quality and environmental goals, achievement key performance indicators. Strong focus on change management and continuous improvements.
Responsible for continuous improvements, data analysis, develop of warehouse procedures, preparing and assist external audits, incident reporting and root cause execution, process safety analysis, management of change in case of implement new machines or assets.
