Production area, microbiology laboratory, packaging and administration areas are including in the Bayer new UIS facility project Coordination, supervision, inspection and quality control of EI&C related works of BMS/EMS systems and distribution systems (electrical, DW, PW, HPW, Compressed Air, CW, HHW) such as - Planning, site technical support and inspection of the installation, termination and test of electrical, control units and measurement instruments inside and outside of clean rooms, - Cooperation with client, design teams, commercial team, contractors and vendors, - Defining the scope gaps, extra works, preparing the site instructions and following the execution - Following the schedules, milestones, changes - Inspection of the electrical and instrument installation, and termination, control the I/O tests to comply with quality plans, requirement specifications and IFCs, - Requesting and technical approvement of the First of Kinds (FOKs), - Recording and following the punch items, quality observation report, non- conformity reports, damage reports, - Organizing and leading the client “walkdowns”, - Supporting FAT and SAT test and making inspection, - LOTO activities, - Leading contractor progress meetings and active participate in internal progress meetings, technical engineering meetings, white board and safety meetings, - Daily field coordination with all supervisors and contractors, - Report to the management

Meine Tätigkeiten: - GMP-relevant Dokumentationsanpassung für Siegfried AG (Kunde) - Zeichen P&ID-Schema, WinCC-Bilder, Netzwerktopologie - Qualitätskontrolle in der Dokumentation (FD, HDS, SDS, SAT, usw.).
