1. Handling Industrial Relations case for both Jakarta and its subcompany; 2. Ensure standardize material for Legal and Industrial Relations, Company Policy, and Standard Procedures for handling employment case; 3. Ensure the enactment government policy (UU 13 Tahun 2003), Corporate Kompas Gramedia policies and culture; 4. Creates SK (Surat Keputusan), Internal Memo, and other policy in regards to Human Resource along with ensuring its implementation on field; 5. Handling all employment contract, resignation, dismissal, mutation, rotation, and etc; 6. Appointed as the chairman of Improvement and Innovation activity also the chairman of Care to Customer activity by Group Director.
