- Being a part of the newly created team delivering HR services to UK Contingent Workers in Lloyds Banking Group - Performing HR transactions (extensions, terminations and maintaining data) for contingent workers in Beeline, Access Screening and Virtuoso systems - Taking responsibility for most complex queries and being support for other team members - Preparing documentation and maintaining employees' files - Being SME for payroll related queries and the first point of contact for Payroll team - Being the first point of contact for Service Desk Team - Being responsible for preparing and maintaining Process Manual - Working directly with the Client and Suppliers
- Delivering HR services and advice to all employees based in UK and Middle East - being Middle East SME and constant cooperation with ME HR Business Partner - Performing all HR transactions in Fusion Oracle (from hiring through employees' lifecycle to termination) - Maintaining absence records, processing all kinds of leaves (maternity, paternity, shared parental, sick, unpaid, annual) - Preparing documentation and maintaining employees' files - Preparing HR reports - Constant cooperation with Payroll Team and HR Bussines Partners - Case management and case distribution - taking part in knowledge transfer of UK and ME processes to the teams in new Pearson SSC
- Taking part in transition of HR processes from London to center in Krakow - Delivering HR services and advice to all employees based in UK and Middle East - Performing all HR transactions in SAP and Fusion Oracle (from hiring through employees' lifecycle to termination) - Maintaining absence records, processing all kinds of leaves (maternity, paternity, shared parental, sick, unpaid, annual) - Preparing documentation and maintaining employees' files - Preparing HR reports - Constant cooperation with Payroll Team and HR Bussines Partners - Case management and case distribution
- Being the first line of contact for all internal customers - Resolving employees' HR queries via phone and case management system Service Now - Providing HR policy guidance, assisting in using Self Service system - Respond to a range of different queries and manage cases within SLAs
- HR support for Dutch employees - preparing employees' documentation eg. contracts, letters, references - resolving employees' queries via phone and e-mail - creating and maintaining employees' records in SAP HR
