▪ Parliamentary assistant and political advisor to a Member of the European Parliament, supporting legislative, political, and strategic work across foreign affairs, security and defence (AFET/SEDE), as well as industry, research and energy policy (ITRE) ▪ Over five years of experience in EU internal market and artificial intelligence policy, including work with the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) and the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence (AIDA) ▪ Speechwriting and strategic briefings, preparing parliamentary interventions, stakeholder meetings, and high-level engagements ▪ Legislative experience: monitoring committee and plenary work, drafting and reviewing amendments, and providing policy and legislative advice to the MEP on key files
▪Preparation and coordination of Foreign Affairs Council meetings, including Defence and Development configurations ▪Liaison with the European Commission and the Council, supporting interinstitutional coordination on foreign and security policy ▪Contribution to cross-sectoral and horizontal policy files, ensuring coherence across multiple policy areas The Policy Coordination Division plays a central role in supporting the High Representative/Vice-President (HRVP), the Secretary-General, and EEAS senior management, by ensuring effective coordination of EU foreign policy priorities.
▪ Participating in and reporting on senior-level EU meetings, including the Politico-Military Group (PMG), the Political and Security Committee (PSC), COREPER II, and regional working parties ▪ Supporting crisis management and security planning, including participation in EU crisis response exercises such as EU HEX-ML 18 ▪ Monitoring and analyzing key developments in EU security and defence, contributing to working group reports and strategic policy briefings ▪ EU comitology procedures and interinstitutional coordination, working across institutions and policy areas
