About

Hi! 👋🏻 I am a UX/UI designer by passion, with a background in architecture. As an architect, I learned to design systems that serve people. For me, UX is a natural transition of that precision into the digital world. I have followed a path that I paved for myself—taking small steps toward what I want to do. I proactively sought out sources of knowledge and initiatives that allowed me to grow. Currently, as a UX designer, I handle UX design for the Demagog Association and the Szczęśliwsi Foundation. I have already completed my first projects for clients. My experience and skills include: 🔸 Stakeholder collaboration: I can communicate effectively and advocate for my design decisions. 🔸 Teamwork: I collaborate with other designers and developers. I understand that technical constraints stand behind design decisions. I know how important it is to properly prepare a project for hand-off. 🔸 UX Research: I conducted usability testing in my project. Now I am developing my research skills as a mentee at Allegro. 🔸 Product perspective: Through a practical Product Management Academy, I gained an understanding of the product development planning process. 🔸 UX Audit: I audit existing solutions and suggest areas for improvement. I translate UX principles and heuristics into intuitive interfaces. In one business-critical project, I improved the communication language and strengthened the presentation of benefits for potential clients. 🔸 Independence: I can manage the design process end-to-end, from defining needs to creating UI kits, styles, and full designs. 🔸 Self-organization: I have balanced work with participation in development initiatives and volunteering. 🔸 AI: I use AI tools at various stages of the process—for example, as support for content creation, design critique, or as a "drafter" that turns hand-drawn sketches into aesthetic wireframes. 🔸 Accessibility, WCAG (Certification in progress) 🔸 Tools: Figma, Figjam, Miro, Photoshop, AI 🔸 English: B2 I am someone who treats feedback as a tool for growth. I am eager to learn from others and take on new challenges. Do you need an ambitious junior for your team? Feel free to contact me! [email protected]
