Team manager of the service technicians, region north east of Flanders (+15 technicians). The team handles service interventions to our customers on our Miele household appliances. Responsible for team management, escalations, manage KPI and coach on individual target achievement of the team.
As part of the Key Account Managers teams I acted as a connection point between sales, logistics and supply. As a logistic point of contact for retailers (such as Delhaize, Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl) I strived to deliver a win-win for our own supply chain and the customer.
Coordinating changes of the portfolio from submission to implementation for Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
Developing projects for 50.000 students to create awareness of alcohol abuse and nuisance. Projects included 'Doet ge thuis ook?!' and 'Smart drinking'. Contactpersona between student bars in Leuven and the police department, finding the best solutions for all stakeholders involved.
The Law society represents the faculty of law and all of it's students at the KULeuven. The Law society also provides several activities and services to enrich the studies of the students, such as a the bookshop, a tutoringservice, a Gala, quizzes and many more!
