• A system administrator of the Salesforce platform with around 27 000 active user accounts. • Manage a business application by resolving incidents and tasks in ServiceNow. • Use Developer Console for the Salesforce Debug Log to identify issues. • Perform Salesforce.com support across processes related to Salesforce Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, Contract, Campaign, etc. • Handle administrative functions including workflows, queue maintenance, license management, permission sets, managed packages, external AppExchange applications, etc. • Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. • Actively using SOQL on relational Salesforce databases. • Seek out ways to utilize the applications to improve processes and productivity and making recommendations. • Work with business teams to assist end users. • Perform mass imports/exports using Workbench.
