I am a transactional lawyer and PhD student with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and commercial law. My experience spans a wide range of matters, including share and asset deals, company formations, mergers, demergers, transformations, commercial agreements, and corporate governance. In addition to my legal practice, I am actively engaged in academia as a Secretary and Lectuerer at the Department of Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Lublin. My academic research explores the dynamic intersection of corporate and contract law, with a particular interest in areas such as corporate supervision, share law and dematerialization, restrictions on share transfers, and the structure of contractual relationships within companies. I have authored several academic publications in the fields of corporate law, civil law, and intellectual property law, reflecting my commitment to contributing to both legal practice and scholarship.
