Engineer focused on product development, manufacturing, and practical problem solving. Experienced in automotive projects, additive manufacturing, and independent product development—from concept and prototyping to production.
Project Engineer in automotive suspension development, with experience in both passive and semi-active damping systems. Started with passive damper projects for a French OEM and later moved to semi-active damper programs for German OEMs, coordinating product development, validation, and cross-functional engineering activities from concept to production. Key responsibilities: • Led development of passive and semi-active suspension systems for European OEMs. • Coordinated global engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. • Managed technical interfaces between customers, engineering, testing, and manufacturing functions. • Planned and tracked validation activities (DV/PV) to ensure product performance and customer compliance. • Drove technical risk assessment, problem solving, and implementation of engineering changes. • Supported successful product launches from concept phase through serial production.
In this role, I provided engineering support for shock absorbers. I worked under the guidance of senior engineers to deliver key project components and contributed to early-phase development and validation activities. • Supporting design reviews and preparing technical documentation. • Conducting preliminary engineering calculations and simulations. • Test planning and data analysis during validation phases. • Collaborating with CAD, CAE, and Testing dept. to support development goals. • Participating in internal and customer meetings as technical support.
Power Paddles is my personal engineering project focused on designing, prototyping, and manufacturing custom products. Through this project, I continuously develop practical skills in CAD design, reverse engineering, CNC machining, 3D printing, composites manufacturing, and small-scale production, while turning ideas into real products used by customers. • Designed and developed custom products from concept to final implementation. • Created CAD models, prototypes, and technical documentation. • Applied reverse engineering techniques to develop vehicle-specific and customer-specific solutions. • Gained hands-on experience with CNC machining, 3D printing, and composite manufacturing. • Built and maintained an online store, product listings, and installation guides.
R&D Engineer involved in the development and production of 3D-printed LEGO-compatible railway systems. Working in a small, fast-paced environment required combining product development, manufacturing support, and day-to-day operational problem solving. • Designed and developed new products from concept to production. • Created 3D models and prototypes, validating designs through testing and iteration. • Managed and maintained a large-scale 3D printing farm consisting of over 100 printers. • Optimized production processes to improve reliability, quality, and throughput. • Diagnosed and resolved technical issues related to products, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
