Addressing the achievement of KPIs as well as employee satisfaction and strengthening the relationship with the project and the company. Implementation of operational action plans. Responsibility: • Increase and maintain talent satisfaction • Retain talent in project and YD - Ensure positive and constructive team feeling (knowledge of team spirit and ability to anticipate turnover) • Achieve sales target - Achieve quality target (FSI, PUC, SR) • Monitor minimum talent hours and increase team discipline • Ensure use of sales tool and all required operational systems • Overview of absences (e.g. illness, holidays, maternity leave, etc.) of talents Tasks: • Analysis of team KPIs in individual employees (performance management) • Reporting to Ops-Manager • In relation to performance review at employee and team level: prioritization of qualitative assessment • Development and implementation of action plans to increase KPIs • Conducting performance discussions with subordinate employees (announcement and consistent implementation of measures such as prioritization, withholding or removal) • Initiation of team-building activities - Supervision of chat (organizational issues, motivation, mood) • Daily motivation of employees to achieve individual sales targets (e.g. publishing targets, celebrating successes, etc.) • Verification of adherence to changes • Resource planning • Development and implementation of weekly games, challenges, incentives related to sales reinforcement • Organization of training and coaching • Feedback conversations with employees • Regular consultation and calibration • Conducting weekly team meetings
