About

I am genuinely enthusiastic about challenging conventional wisdom and supporting trailblazers who are building a brighter future. This fascination, coupled with a competitive spirit and a profound belief in people is what have guided me to an over decade long journey within venture investing. Over the years of creating attractive returns while bridging external innovation into a global corporate, I've sailed uncharted waters – from strategic to financial mandates, seed to late-stage investments, backend to frontend and most areas in between. My conclusion is that venture investing is a marathon, not a sprint. Every interaction counts, calculated risks are good, and the best deals are won through relationships built over years. I draw inspiration from thinkers, inventors, and people I can look up to and learn from, whether it be Simon Sinek’s wisdom on trusting teams, Steve Jobs iconic speech at Stanford or Ingvar Kamprad’s business humbleness. Some of my absolute favorite moments are when my expectations are upended, leaving me stunned by someone passionately elaborating on a topic I didn't realize could be so intriguing. As a vivid traveler at heart, I have lived and worked in seven countries across three continents and truly value diverse experiences to capture more perspectives and drive superior outcomes. I thrive in environments where individual egos take a backseat to a common goal and purpose. Being indoctrinated at an early age and with the childhood dreams of going pro, I am a lifelong supporter and passionately, through ups and downs, follow my home town, Örebro’s, soccer and ice-hockey teams. When it all comes around - just like in sports - success in venture investing is a lot about teamwork and scoring those winning deals.
