Talen Energy was spun off from PPL Corporation in June 2015 and then acquired by Riverstone in December 2016. My responsibilities at Talen Energy included (i) overseeing the investments for the company's pension plans, 401(k) plans, VEBAs and nuclear decommissioning trust funds, (ii) serving as Chair of the fiduciary committees responsible for the pension and 401(k) plans and nuclear decommissioning trust funds, (iii) capital markets activities and (iv) shareholder services.
