    Service Advisor role: • Receiving customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raising repair orders on internal system with regards to the Bodyshop • Ensure to achieve monthly target, other sales target and customer satisfaction target • Providing detailed explanations and technical justifications for additional repairs with cost estimates and approval from customers /insurance • Regularly following up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within proposed time frame • Raising Warranty approvals and service orders • Raising special orders for parts not available and following up to keep customer informed • Preparing invoices on internal systems and arranging for active delivery of vehicles • Regularly monitoring orders raised and ensuring timely billing Estimator Role: • Ensure that Estimations are well managed and on time and operates smoothly for high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prepare insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations. • Ensure estimation of damaged vehicles is carried out adhering to police report strictly and system estimate prepared accordingly with proper parts pricing and labour to ensure trust with insurance and profitability for Bodyshop. • Ensure job card is opened efficiently and accurately for quick and correct execution of the job as mentioned in the estimates and also ensure the approvals ( LPO ) matches the amount agreed • Follow-up (during repair) all open approvals to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle to customers with jobs carried out completely.

He will do the necessary documentation of such claims for the dealership to properly reimburse the expenses incurred on the repair or replacement.
